Research interests

We are interested in understanding the processes that promote, maintain and constrain the diversity of life. We are also interested in how human disturbances could affect evolutionary processes in natural populations.

Specific research topics:

- Adaptive radiation
- Eco-evolutionary dynamics
- Ecological speciation
- Population genomics
- Neotropical biodiversity
- Ecology and evolution in the Anthropocene
